The Gaming International Scalеability Team
Our client, the biggest public betting and gaming company in the world, wanted to introduce multiple foreign currencies in their gaming products, a project once delivered will allow them to scale in multiple countries and bring more international business. With their technology teams fully utilized as well as the urgency and short term nature of the business need it was quite difficult to not reach out to a trusted partner who could help with the resourcing surge.
What we did:
With the help of our brilliant in-house engineers as well as our network of IT specialists and internal recruitment capabilities, we resourced a full Scrum team who started 6 weeks after the initial request. The team consisted of an experienced Scrum Master, 1 Senior Java developer, 2 Mid Java Developers, 1 Front end Developer and 2 Senior Automation QAs.
Our resourcing process, being fully agile, was tailored to the client requirements with respect to their competencies, skills and cultural alignment.
The team itself, although being completely remote (based in Sofia, Bulgaria), was fully dedicated to and integrated with the client’s organization. Our engineers were complying to internal scrum/agile and coding practises and using all available internal tools for specifying requirements, development, deployment, testing and devops.
Technologywise we have been working within a Microservices architecture with Java and Docker, Angular and React, deployed via code pipeline in client’s inhouse data center.
Our expertise in software development and ability to ramp up a team of strong professionals quickly plus their dedication towards the goals of the project layed down the foundations of the successful delivery. The team delivered in production the required scope within the deadline, without compromising client’s high quality standards and within the initially assigned budget.
